Birthday Card for Sophie

This is a birthday I made for a friend at work.  It didn't take long to put together but I was really pleased with the end result and the recipient loved it.

I used: Kanban - Chelsea Collection - Carte Postale Paris
           Kanban Transparency Gold - Not sure what design it is
           American Crafts - Pink Glitter - Jewellery Box
           Holographic Butterfly
           Unknown Alphas
           Envelope from Papercrafts - Whitley Bay - Don't know which brand.

I also used adhesive magnets to ensure the envelope stayed shut and make it look smart.

Page Boy

This is a layout I created using CSI Case File No.6 which can be found over at Colour Stories

 Inspiration

The journaling reads: This is the best paige boy in the world.  He looked like a mini version of his dad.  At the reception everytime I saw him he had a different glass of sherry in his hands.

I really enjoyed putting this together and would most likely not have normally chosen this colour combo to scrap this picture, but using the prompts from CSI is really helpful for me and I get my layouts done much faster.
